Runs a dialog-based wizard, helpful for first-time users.

The "about" window displays the program's version number, and the name of the registered user (if applicable).

This command opens the "Program Registration" dialog box.
Its contents depends on the program's registration status:

1. if the program has been registered, the dialog box shows:
   • the program's serialization code (required for support requests)
   • the registered user's name and company (if applicable).
2. if the program has not been registered, the dialog box displays information on the registration process, along with several input fields where you'll type your name and registration key after completing your online registration. Read the "Registration information" to learn how to register.
