Support service

Registered users are entitled to receive support for 12 months from the date of purchase. This includes free upgrades and email technical support.

Registered users may send their support requests to aml-support@aliu.com and should always mention:

• first name, last name
• program version (see Help/About... menu option)
• program serialization code (see Help/Registration... menu option)
• operationg system (Win95, Win98, WinNT) and its version number (see Start button / Parameters / Control Pannel / System)
• accurate description of the problem
• is the problem is related to a given slide tray file, attach a copy of this file to your message (do not send copies of your picture files)

Support requests are usually answered within 48 hours. We answer questions directly related to Aliu's Magic Lantern installation or usage. We cannot answer operating system or hardware related questions, such as "how to copy files", or "how to use my CD-Writer software".
